LIVERY SERVICES & FACILITIES
Grey Fern Park Equestrian Centre offers top class livery facilities for horses and ponies. Livery prices available upon enquiry. Part and full time livery services are available and packages and pricing is tailored to your needs. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
12' x 12' STABLES
Each horse liveried at Grey Fern Park Equestrian Centre has a 12' x 12' wooden stable with concrete floor. We also have 3 deluxe hunter style stables with larger tack rooms. Each 12' x 12' stable comes with an adjacent 12' x 4' lockable tack/store room containing shelves and a rug rack. Tie up rings are set between the tack room and stable. Liveries are welcome to accessorize their tack rooms within reason. Competitively priced hay and straw are available on site.
ALL YEAR TURNOUT (NOT 24/7)
Grey Fern Park offers excellent summer grazing in large, rotated, electrically-fenced paddocks. Horses are paired up, and geldings and mares can be separated if required. Winter turnout comprises a rota of electrically-fenced grass paddocks on dry days and sand corrals for wet or unsuitable grazing conditions. All horses are stabled at night to preserve our specially planted pasture grass.
40m x 80m ARENA
Our 40m x 80m arena has an all weather surface and floodlights. We have a set of 12 showjumps, including a variety of fillers, which can be arranged as required. Liveries are welcome to book the arena for private lessons without additional charge. As a courtesy other liveries are expected to keep activity in the arena to a minimum during this time.
FREE LORRY OR TRAILER PARKING
Liveries can leave their lorry or trailer on our hard standing for no extra fee. Although you leave your trailer or lorry at your own risk, your insurers will be happy to note that the property is secure with an extensive alarm system.
REFRESHMENT ROOM
We provide coffee and tea making facilities in a heated portacabin - perfect for those cold winter evenings whilst you wait for your horse to cool down and your toes to warm up. We operate an honesty box system to keep provisions topped up. Feel free to use the fridge for packed lunches, etc.
